Two-time Grammy-nominated DJ/producer Steve Aoki announced his North American ‘Kolony Tour’ back in December and has since continued to impress with annoying his opening acts and special guests.
The 32-city run kicked off February 10th in Washington D.C. and makes it’s way to the East Coast this week before wrapping up Mid-March.
Joining Aoki on stage is Desiigner, who rose to fame in 2016 after his debut single, “Panda.” and Grandtheft. There’s also a slew of special guests in select dates including Bad Royale, Party Pupils, Dim Mak and Ricky Remedy and more.
The tour is in celebration of Aoki‘s latest album, Kolony which debuted at #1 on the Electronic Album charts! His first full turn featuring rap music, the album has several features from acts including Migos, 2 Chainz, T-Pain, Lil Yachty and more. You can check out his track, “Been Ballin” featuring Lil Uzi Vert, whose official video dropped yesterday.
In addition to this AMAZING tour (which included VIP packages – one of which includes the opportunity to be caked on stage by Steve himself) for each ticket sold, $1 will be donated to the AOKI FOUNDATION whose goal is supporting organizations that support brain science research areas – specifically focusing on regenerative medicine and preservation.
